Price adjustments

When can I have a price adjustment?

You can request a price adjustment when your item has a price difference within 7 days from the purchase date. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

Do you price match with other stores prices?

We can only price adjust items bought from our own website.

How many times can I have a price adjustment?

We can only price adjust once.

farmrio.com and farmrio.uk prices are the same?

Products marked down as sale can differ from FARMRIO websites (www.farmrio.com and www.farmrio.uk). In this case, we don't make price adjustments - consider the product's price from the website where you have completed your purchase.
