ELIGIBILITY:  

  •  For in-store purchases: if the order is over £250, we cover up to £30 of service on each item. If there is an extra charge, the customer pays for it, as well as for the home delivery. If the order is under £250, the customer pays 100% of the service cost. 

  •  For online purchases: the customer can take the item to the store and request the service. Regardless of the price paid, since it was purchased online, the customer pays 100% of the service cost. 

  •  All adjusted or altered styles are non-returnable.
